Can I see an English-speaking doctor without an appointment?

Ask the specific clinic whether it accepts walk-ins and whether an English-speaking clinician or interpreter can help at that time. A clinic being open does not establish either. Give your preferred visit time and ask about its last reception time before leaving your accommodation.

Will the doctor speak English, or will an interpreter help?

Ask: “Will I speak directly with the doctor in English, or will an interpreter join?” Also check how you will communicate at reception and receive written instructions. Facilities may arrange language support differently, and a translated website alone does not confirm the service for your appointment.

What should I prepare before visiting a clinic?

Ask the facility which identification, medical records and insurance documents to bring. Write down your questions, when the problem began, medicine names and allergies. Request an estimate covering the consultation and any separate tests, documents or language-support charges.

Can I have an online consultation in English?

How do I arrange a consultation in another language?
