Travelers Hospital provides consultations across Japan, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. English–Japanese bilingual doctors are available. Check the consultation language before booking.

The booking page lists a ¥5,500 after-hours surcharge from 17:00 when applicable and a ¥5,500 weekend / national holiday surcharge when applicable. For consultations in languages other than English, interpreting may cost ¥20,000 plus tax. Medicines are paid for separately at the pharmacy.
Using travel or credit-card insurance
Your policy may cover the consultation. Pay for the visit, keep your receipts and claim from your insurer. Check your coverage and required documents before booking.

Find a pharmacy or buy medicine
For over-the-counter medicine, ask a pharmacist. For prescribed medicine, confirm that the pharmacy dispenses prescriptions and can supply your medicine. Shop hours and dispensing hours may differ.
