Osaka Station and Umeda refer to the same wider transport district, while Shin-Osaka is a separate Shinkansen stop. Namba and Shinsaibashi are further south. The booking page lists a ¥5,500 after-hours surcharge from 17:00 when applicable and a ¥5,500 weekend / national holiday surcharge when applicable. For consultations in languages other than English, interpreting may cost ¥20,000 plus tax. Medicines are paid for separately at the pharmacy.
