Yes. You need a phone or computer, a reliable connection and a private place for the video call. The doctor may recommend a clinic visit if you need an examination or test.
You can consult in English. For another language, ask Travelers Hospital about interpreting and the additional fee. The language of this website or the booking form may differ from the consultation language.
If the doctor prescribes medicine, Travelers Hospital will explain the pharmacy arrangements. Confirm where and when to collect it; stock and opening hours vary.
The current booking policy allows free cancellation until 30 minutes before the appointment. Cancellation within 30 minutes or a no-show incurs ¥11,000. For online appointments, the provider states that failure to enter the video room within 5 minutes after the appointment time leads to automatic cancellation and a ¥11,000 fee.
